On-site Finishing Capabilities
At Russell Ductile, we pride ourselves on the surface finish of our castings, which are supplied in a shot blasted condition post fettling. In addition to this, we also have available an in house primer painting facility.

What We Offer
At Russell Ductile, we use industry standard mould fill and solidification process simulations via Magmasoft®, which we combine with CAD Modelling Solidworks®, in order to optimise product integrity and the entire casting process before committing the production time.
This enables us to offer accurate lead times, especially for new product development.
